Monitoring & Rebooting

Keeping an eye on a VPS server is generally a difficult task. You either need to do the work all by yourself and commit your valuable time to looking after your VPS server, or else you need to deploy a 3rd–party tool whose sole mission will be to keep an eye on your VPS server. And this is precisely where our Administration Services deal can help you out. With it, your virtual server will be added to our custom server managing software system, which will keep track of all the critical services. And in case of any service crash, our server admins will be informed automatically and they will solve the matter ASAP.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup copy of all your data is necessary – one never knows when something would go wrong. And having ordered the Administration Services option, you can enjoy weekly backups of your entire VPS, not just of your data, without you needing to install or configure anything. What’s more the backup copies will be placed on a server with e set of RAID–configured disk drives. Thus your data will always be protected, twenty–four–seven.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a Linux VPS Package, you will have absolute freedom to run any kind of script or service on your it. However, certain scripts are more difficult to install and might require some additional configuration on your part. This is when our Administration Services package can help you out. It includes 30 min of installation & troubleshooting procedures – which means you will be able to basically employ one of our proficient server admins for thirty minutes and have him assist you with the installation process of any application that you need. And/or have him resolve a problem that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Administration Services solution comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux VPS Packages and it is an optional feature with our KVM Linux VPS Packages.
